I understand that life is unpredictable so emergencies can happen. Please remember that although I love doing nails and creating with you guys, it is my livelihood at the end of the day. Please be considerate of my time and space. Therefore, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please make sure you do at least 48 hours in advance to be able to use your existing deposit for the rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling or canceling any later than this, will result in a new deposit. A last minute cancellation is considered cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment. A no show is considered not showing up to your appointment. Doing any of these things, will result in a 100% service fee.
